Dr. Guynes attended medical school at University of Washington School of Medicine and completed emergency medicine residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix AZ. He is an Advanced Trauma Life Support instructor. Dr. Guynes started at Northwest in 2018. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, is a former minister, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and four kids.
