Biography

Dr. Duber’s work focuses on health systems development, program monitoring and evaluation, and health determinants of improved outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. Dr. Duber has worked clinically, served in public health roles, and conducted research in numerous countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Duber is a faculty member at the University of Washington's Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME).
