Biography

Peter Toth is a Clinical Assistant Professor of emergency medicine. He enjoys teaching and mentoring and his primary interests are in operations and quality improvement as he seeks to improve the working environment of the ED and the care of our patients.

Dr. Toth earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering at Duke University and worked in consulting before attending medical school at the University of Cincinnati. He also completed residency at the University of Cincinnati, serving as Chief Resident. After joining the faculty at the University of Cincinnati he taught a course on clinical reasoning in the medical school and served as associate medical director for The Jewish Hospital.
