The most common symptoms reported in patients with SARS-COV-2 infection were fever and cough. Approximately a quarter of patients also experienced fatigue, dyspnea, and chest tightness, while all other symptoms were rare. Our findings were consistent with other meta-analyses of COVID-19 symptoms in the literature. The most common symptoms reported by previous research include fever, cough, fatigue, pharyngeal erythema, and myalgia. What is unknown is if hold across all populations.
