Credentialing
Eight weeks prior to your arrival you will receive an email from the EM Clerkship Administrator connecting you to the Providence Medical Staff Office, AKMedicalStaff@providence.org. They will send you a pre-application to start the credentialing process; please complete it promptly so that you can begin the rotation on time.
Students rotating at this site are required to provide documentation of a TB test within the past year.
Please e-mail Dr. Navitsky 2 weeks prior to your start date to check in and ask about specifics regarding the 1st day of your rotation. YOU WILL NOT be provided with a schedule in advance of your 1st day. The schedule is something that will be developed with Dr. Navitsky on the 1st day of your rotation.
