Biography
Eric Golike, M.D., M.P.H., is a board-certified emergency medicine physician working at UWMC Northwest and Montlake. He is the Associate Medical Director of the University of Washington Northwest Emergency Department. Before joining the UW faculty, Dr. Golike served as the Assistant Medical Director of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill ED. Dr. Golike’s professional interests include ED operations, medical resuscitation and leadership, and community pediatric emergency care. He chairs the UW ED Pediatric Care and Readiness Committee. He represents the UWMC NW ED on the Medical Emergency Response Committee. He is the medical director co-lead for the UWMC NW Trauma Committee. Beyond his work at UW, Dr. Golike serves as a Medical Officer with the NC-1 HHS Disaster Medical Assistance Team.
