biography
Dr. M. Kennedy Hall's research studying healthcare utilization occurs at the intersection of informatics, emergency diagnostic imaging, and value-based care. During his residency, he became interested in healthcare utilization work as he witnessed a variety of health conditions in need of a newer approach to match the changing priorities of healthcare due to advancements in the delivery of the care we provide. He honed the ability to study these approaches during his health-services research fellowship leveraging robust statistical approaches, as well as completing a point-of-care ultrasound fellowship. He feels fortunate to have joined as faculty here at the University of Washington, with so many other bright people who are all here to provide the highest quality of care possible.
