Chief ResidentsDr. Emily BartlettDr. Liz Harmon, and Dr. Jack Ludwig have demonstrated a steadfast dedication to the UW residency program, exceptional professionalism, and no doubt with their leadership will continue the forward momentum of the program.

They will begin in this leadership role on May 1, 2019.

Many thanks to our current chief residents, Drs. Arvin Akhavan, Caitlin Schrepel, and David Murphy, who have done an excellent job modeling leadership and professionalism while working nonstop to move our program forward. Under their organized approach to teamwork and leadership, the program has seen significant improvements in scheduling, wellness, and inclusion. The residency is considerably stronger because of their contributions and they have set the bar high for their incoming peers.
