Please make sure your UW Medicine password and UW NetID is up and running. If you need help with either of these passwords, call IT Services at 206.543.7012.
EPIC Training Modules
HMC/UWMC Students: Both HMC and UW ED use EPIC and you must complete the trainings listed below at least 1 week before your rotation. If you do not complete these training modules, you will not be able to access the electronic medical records and you will not be able to start your clerkship. For more information, please see the UW Medicine EPIC EHR Access page.
WWAMI Students: Please contact your site administrator before your arrival to get set up for computer access.
Parking Information
HMC: Parking is obtained in room 1CT-153. The parking office hours are 0700-1530 on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 0800-0630 on Tuesday and Wednesday. Call the parking office at 206.744.3254 if you have questions.
UWMC: There are a variety of ways to commute to the UWMC Campus. Please explore Commuter Services for details.
