MedicoLegal Day trains EM doctors to handle malpractice lawsuits

Dr. Stephanie Richling and Dr. Nicole Chicoine Mooney (a UW Law alumna) partnered with colleagues in the UW School of Law to create Medical-Legal Day, designed to bridge the gap between legal and medical fields.

This program began in 2015, and brings dozens of doctors, practicing attorneys, and UW Law students and faculty together to devote a full day to malpractice education.
