Three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from your residency program director and another from your residency's EMS Director if you have one at your institution)

Application Deadline: August 15, 2026. Applications received after August 15 will be reviewed if capacity remains for interviews.

Please note, interviews will be in-person in the Fall of 2026 and take place on September 24th and October 8th.

Fellow Characteristics/Requirements:

Graduate of an ACGME-accredited residency program

Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine

Must have a Washington Medical License and Alaska Medical License before starting the fellowship

The program is unable to consider applicants requiring H-1B or J-1 visa sponsorship
