Curriculum Vitae

Three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from your residency program director and another from your residency's EMS Director if you have one at your institution)

Application Deadline: August 15, 2024. Applications received after August 15 will be reviewed if capacity remains for interviews.

Please note, interviews will be in-person in the Fall of 2024 and take place on September 12th, September 23rd, and October 3rd.

Fellow Characteristics/Requirements:

Graduate of an ACGME approved residency

Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine

Must have a Washington Medical License and Alaska Medical License before starting fellowship
